What do we use your data for? Technical data serves the error-free operation of the website. Details from the contact form are used to handle your enquiry. This website uses no tracking cookies, no web analytics and no advertising services.
What rights do you have? You have the right at any time to receive free information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored data, as well as the right to rectification or erasure, to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. See section 5.
2. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider. Personal data collected on this website is stored on that provider's servers. This may include IP addresses, contact enquiries, meta and communication data as well as access data.
The provider is used in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional supplier (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and for pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The provider processes your data solely on our instructions under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

Storage duration
Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this privacy policy, your personal data remains with us until the purpose for the processing no longer applies. 4. Data collection on this website
Server log files
The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in server log files which your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other sources. Collection is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the security of the website. Log files are deleted or anonymised after 30 days at the latest.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies at all, neither for analytics or advertising nor for technical purposes.
The only thing stored is the display settings you choose yourself through the display control. They live in your browser's local storage and are never transmitted to our server:

The legal basis is section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 in conjunction with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The storage is strictly necessary for the function you requested, so no consent banner is required. You can clear the values at any time with the reset control or by clearing your browser's local storage.
The language version follows from the address of the page. German sits at the main address, English under the /en path. Nothing is stored for it.
Fonts
The fonts used on this website are served from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or comparable providers is established when you visit the site.
External services
This website embeds no analytics tools, advertising networks, social media plugins, map services and no external video players. Visiting this website therefore transfers no data to third parties. If you follow a link to an external website, the privacy policy of that provider applies.
Contact form
If you send us enquiries through the contact form, your details from the form including the contact data you provide there are stored by us for the purpose of handling the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent. Transmission is by email to our mailbox; the form content is not stored in a database on the web server.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries effectively (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The data remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent or the purpose no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.
To guard against automated submissions the form contains a field invisible to humans and a limit on send attempts per IP address. No additional personal data is collected in the process.
Enquiries by email and telephone
If you contact us by email or telephone, your enquiry including all resulting personal data is stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. The legal bases correspond to those of the contact form.
Mandate data
Data processed within a client relationship outside this website is subject to a separate agreement with the respective clients.
5. Your rights
Withdrawal of consent
Many processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw consent already given at any time. The lawfulness of the processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected.
Right to object under Article 21 GDPR
Where data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data.
Right to lodge a complaint
In the event of infringements of the GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40 to 42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format.
Information, rectification and erasure
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions you have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the processing, and where applicable a right to rectification or erasure of this data.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, for example while the accuracy of the data is being verified or where processing is unlawful but you object to erasure.
