After that the game shifts to Parliament and Council. Both are worlds of their own with their own rhythm, and both work only with dependable, technically precise material.

The joint register of Parliament, Commission and Council covers organisations seeking to influence EU policymaking. Registration is a precondition for meetings with Commissioners and senior officials and for an access badge to the European Parliament. It is kept separately from the Austrian lobbying register.
